Our pricing includes a one-time onboarding fee and a transparent hourly rate:
Onboarding Fee: $499 per headcount, credited to your first invoice.
Hourly Rate: Includes (1) your agent’s base pay (market and experience-based), (2) a flat overhead fee, and (3) Flexscale’s service fee.

Our 3-step process ensures fast, tailored hires:
Intake: We align on your needs and hiring criteria.
Sourcing: We deliver 3–5 vetted candidates per role within 2 weeks.
Selection: You interview, choose, and we onboard in 24–48 hours.
Our talent acquisition team screens every candidate for English, skills, and experience, plus reference checks. Our process drives a 95%+ 3-month retention rate, with many agents staying for years.
Flexscale offers two solutions to cater to your needs:
Remote (default): Your team members work remotely. Our proprietary hiring process ensures candidates have the required equipment, internet connection, and back-up power to ensure continuous availability.
Call Center: Flexscale partners with leading Call Center partners if you require additional compliance and security for your work or just prefer to have your team sitting together day-to-day. Our Call Center partners are SOC-2, ISO Certified, HIPAA Compliant, and PCI Compliant. In this setting agents are required to badge-in and badge-out and security is a top priority. This incurs an additional fee.
Flexscale agents align to work your team’s normal operating hours. During the intake process we will confirm your team’s operating hours and ensure candidates are prepared to support you during that time.
